Bloom is a self-employment and social venture supported by ServiceSource that empowers people with disabilities to use their creative talents, enjoy artistic experiences and earn an income on the product they sell.
ServiceSource Delaware’s Dover Community Center is designed for individuals with disabilities, ages 55+ who have worked either in the community or are in center-based programs.
The Riverfront Community Center program is located in Wilmington and is designed to maximize community access and community inclusion for participants. Within the program, we are focused on providing both skill development and varied opportunities for community participation.
Each year hundreds of individuals in our Community Integration Services program participate in expressive and recreational therapies including art, dance, music and yoga therapy and therapeutic horseback riding. These therapies help build and maintain critical expressive, motor and memory skills.
Through person-centered support, the North Carolina CIP program aims to provide support services to adults with disabilities while maximizing individual choice and community integration.
Utah’s Community Integration Services program in Clearfield supports people with disabilities through social activities and specialized skills training.
ServiceSource currently offers ten Long-Term Community Integration Services programs in the Northern Virginia area. Each program participant has a uniquely designed plan that incorporates the individual’s skills and interests.
