Support for the Veterans Mall
The wildly-popular, instant sell-out American Legion Auxiliary Post 275 CA$H BA$H lived up to its billing, generating more than $10,000 in cash proceeds and household essentials for members of our Armed Forces served by the Veterans Mall.
Legionnaires work yearlong to raise money for the Veterans Mall. It begins with the sale of 200 $100 tickets, and includes funding drives, donations from tip jars, solicitation of auction items, proceeds from food sales, and purchasing and packaging home-cleaning supplies. Legionnaires also delivered 30 new crock pots and 30 chuck-full Buddy Baskets―two highly-prized home-starter kit items.
