Cir-Kris Marsh entered ServiceSource Delaware’s FrameWORK for Success program after graduating from Delcastle High School. He recently returned to his school to present and share his experience in the FrameWORK for Success program with other students. When explaining what the program is like, Cir-Kris said, “It’s like a job, to help you get another job.”

While in the program, Cir-Kris has explored a number of different opportunities to grow his skills. During his presentation, he spoke to the volunteer assessments he has enjoyed, his paid internship experience at Walgreens in addition to his paid Work-Readiness training. Cir-Kris also spoke to his current position as a Food Service Worker with Aramark at the University of Delaware.

“Communicating in large group settings was challenging for Cir-Kris at first, but I am so proud to see his growth and to watch him take this opportunity,” said Erin Doordan, Employment Consultant. “It’s a great testament to the confidence and independence he has gained through employment. He learned to believe in himself and to try new things that he used to believe he couldn’t do,” Erin continues.
