ServiceSource is proud to highlight our annual Service Excellence Awards (SEAs) during National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) in October.  Increasing Access and Opportunity is the 2020 theme for NDEAM, marking the 75^th observance of this month-long recognition.

NDEAM aims to educate our communities about disability employment issues, celebrate diverse workforces and remind employers of the importance of inclusive hiring practices. As a leading resource for people with disabilities and a voice for inclusion, ServiceSource honors the mission of NDEAM and our part in recognizing excellence and empowering growth.

Our 2020 Virtual Service Excellence Awards celebrates and recognizes the outstanding achievements of our entire workforce who have remained on the job, providing essential services during the pandemic. The individuals selected to receive Service Excellence Awards were nominated by their peers or supervisors in recognition of their workplace success or personal accomplishments. In addition to our Service Excellence Awardees and with support from our sponsors, we also recognize all ServiceSource essential contract personnel for their contributions during the pandemic.

Our Virtual Service Excellence recognition activities will take place throughout the month of October, highlighting individuals and teams who have performed exceptionally. Our recognition activities will culminate at the end of October with the release of pre-recorded award videos highlighting our Service Excellence Awardees from each region and business line.
