CARE Mobile is a 100% mobile program based on a public-private partnership model which provides roving on-site outdoor health and wellness programming, engaging community activities, and entertainment for older adults (50+) and adults with disabilities. Local community resources and consultation are also available to connect individuals to organizations for support. CARE Mobile
