What began as a single food service contract in 2007 has grown into a program that now encompasses six separate contracts at Fort Indiantown Gap. In 2008, ServiceSource began providing housekeeping and janitorial services to the Northeastern Counterdrug Training Site. ServiceSource provided daily housekeeping service for up to 70 rooms and janitorial services for six office buildings.
Also in 2008, ServiceSource took over the laundry contract for the entire base. We provide daily pickup and delivery of linen which we launder at our off site location in Linglestown, Pa. In 2010, ServiceSource partnered with the 166th Regiment to perform a complete renovation of their dining facility. The upgrade included new equipment, tables and chairs and an entirely new layout to increase through put and increase customer service.
In 2011, ServiceSource was awarded a janitorial contract with EAATS ( Eastern ARNG Aviation Training Site ) although this was a small contract it opened the door to our most recently acquired contract. In the summer of 2014, ServiceSource was awarded the housekeeping and billeting contract for EAATS. We provide billeting and daily housekeeping services to 120 rooms.
ServiceSource currently employs approximately 40 people with disabilities and 9 veterans at the Fort Indiantown Gap locations.
