Soft Skills

Overview

Soft Skills is a weekly skill-building group designed to help participants master the “unwritten rules” of the workplace and develop interpersonal skills essential to professional success. The group covers a wide range of topics such as making a positive first impression, handling difficult situations, distinguishing between appropriate and inappropriate workplace behaviors, managing stress, and advocating for oneself.

Soft Skills sessions occur every Tuesday, from 4pm to 5pm, virtually through Zoom.

  • Reside in Fairfax County, City of Fairfax, or City of Falls Church
