ServiceSource remains thankful for the response to COVID-19 by our Board of Directors, Foundation Trustees, employees, customers, donors and families. We are proactively following guidance from State and local health departments and navigating this new environment with creativity, ingenuity and commitment.
I am immensely appreciative to our essential workforce who are working diligently each day whether it be feeding military members, cleaning federal installations, protecting infrastructure, manning call centers, delivering mail, providing vocational rehabilitation services or a myriad of other duties. I am appreciative of the employees who have rallied together to keep their fellow colleagues and the people we serve safe by implementing safety measures and equipment across our entire system. I am also thankful to our customer base who have overwhelmingly shown support to ServiceSource during this pandemic.
ServiceSource has softly reopened administrative offices in all regions in which we operate using our Reopening Process Plan. This plan developed by our Pandemic Response Team (PRT) includes protocols related to all aspects of safely reopening. We are continuing to evaluate our reopening period for Long-Term Community Integration Services (LTCIS) programs, and each will have a separate Reopening Process Plan. Both the corporate and LTCIS Reopening Process plans include inventory requirements for PPE and cleaning products; disinfection measures; transportation protocols; social distancing guidance to include staggered schedules, occupancy limits, virtual meetings and general office practices; On-site health screenings for participants, staff and visitors (if applicable); and isolation protocols. We also continue to promote telework options as much as possible and are maintaining office capacity below 25 percent.
As we move forward, we are emphasizing the safety, health and well-being of our employees and participants in every aspect of our organization. Again, I am confident that we will overcome these challenging times. We have many reasons to feel optimistic that we can and will creatively and safely continue to fulfill our mission for years to come.

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) public health crisis continues, many businesses and organizations across the country are being tremendously impacted. During these unprecedented times, I would like to share how ServiceSource is working to actively mitigate the exposure of COVID-19.
ServiceSource is a vast organization operating in multiple regions across this country. Our Board of Directors and Senior Leadership team are meeting daily to respond to the complex and evolving situation in each region and addressing the variety of issues and changes that arise every day, if not every hour. We are following and supporting the fast-moving policy changes to help impacted workers. We are also making provisions within our own organization to allow for impacted employees to maintain their current health insurance benefits. The health, safety and well-being of our employees, program participants, visitors and communities remain our top priority. These stakeholders make ServiceSource what it is, and all decisions are made with that in mind.
We will continue to provide employees, program participants, families and caregivers with updates in operating status as they occur. Programs that can provide virtual services are doing so and all administrative staff are teleworking.
