Affirmative Employment
Through ServiceSource's AbilityOne affirmative employment contracts, individuals with disabilities provide quality services to government customers in supportive, community-based work environments.
Administrative Support
Our employees provide administrative support services at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD. Duties Vary depending on job but may include switchboard operator, making travel arrangements, creating spreadsheets, creating PowerPoint presentations and other high level administrative work.
Mail Center Management
In 2008, ServiceSource made history when it started operations under the AbilityOne program in a state-of-the-art facility located in Capitol Heights, Maryland, processing more than one million pieces of mail annually in the National Capitol Region. Other mail center operations in Maryland include the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services in Baltimore; the Census Bureau in Suitland, the Department of Agriculture in Beltsville and the Department of Transportation location in Landover. Employees working on these contracts provide the following services:
- Secure mail services
- Processing international, incoming and outgoing mail
- Tracking registered mail and express packages
- Receiving packages
- Managing copy centers
