Secure Mail Center Management

ServiceSource has 30 years of experience in managing mail centers for the Federal Government. We manage more than 90 mail centers, employing nearly 240 people with disabilities who process more than 140 million pieces of mail annually. We have longstanding expertise in this field, having begun our first contract to manage mail centers under the AbilityOne program in 1981 with the Environmental Protection Agency.

In 2004, we made history by obtaining the first-ever nationwide mail center management contract acquired through the AbilityOne Program. The contract was with the Internal Revenue Service, and initially began with 32 sites nationwide. Today there are more than 50 IRS sites operated by ServiceSource and its subcontractors - all working under the AbilityOne program.

In 2008, we again made history when we started a contract under the AbilityOne program in a  state-of-the-art facility, located in Capitol Heights, Maryland, processing more than one million pieces of mail annually for the Federal Government in the National Capitol Region.
